  I will be closing my account after my next pay check (Jan22). I have been trying for months to use my overdraft protection, and haven't been able to. The answer I keep getting is, that it's randomly approved. Thats understandable but when I call everyday for two months and still nothing. What is the point of having it if I can't use it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this bank.
