  I wanted to try Buffalo Wild wings for the 1st time. My son and I ordered a burger and a appetizer. Nothing big. After waiting over an hour for our food to come out.  We finally walked out. The place was not packed at all.
  The waitress did keep telling us our food would come out soon.
  I just got tired of waiting. I will never go back to any of their  locations. They made quite a 1st impression.
