  Been having problems with my dashboard lights going off and on and gauges going down to zero while I'm driving (very scary when on the highway over 60mph), so I called this place because I saw all the good reviews. But when I called I was very surprised to be having a conversation with someone who had a rude tone of voice the whole time and didn't seem to be interested in trying to help me at all. He (presumably Carl) told me he couldn't tell me anything unless it was happening all the time and could guarantee that it would happen while it was in their shop, which since this is happening to me intermittently I can't say that it would. When I started to explain the behavior of the car and asked if this does start happening consistently and end up taking it in later, what kind of labor and cost I may be looking at to go behind the dash to look at wires, he got very annoyed and gave no answer. Wouldn't even give me a rough idea or ballpark figure of what he charges to do that type of work. I understand that he was trying to be honest about them not knowing what the issue is, but since he had a rude tone of voice the whole time (even the very first words he spoke) and then wasn't willing to give me ANY sort of ideas/costs, it left me feeling like maybe there's someone else who could at least give me some ideas of what it could be and what their costs are for the different types of work and would do so in a friendlier tone. Hard to find good customer service.

  Carl can be a jerk! When I call a mechanic I am calling because THEY are the mechanics not ME! this Carl gets on line very condescending and rude schooling me on why my car is doing this or that, in a scolding tone. I advised Carl , I am not the mechanic YOU ARE! I rather go to Brake Masters and pay a buck more and be treated with respect . I'll never recommend Carl
