  I was visiting from California and I only experienced bad. The customer service was rude and talking about customers in front of other customers. The line was formed a different way and the staff was saying how obvious the sign made it that the line was formed in a certain spot. Won't be getting my service again.

  I went to this Carters about a last week or so , and I believe to be the ladies name was Sarah from her name tag if I read correctly.. All she was doing was walking around the store on the phone and she would go to the back on the phone, while whoever else was working with her was ringing customers out, so I had to wait for whoever was off register to ask for help.
  Horrible experience ever !!
