  It's 24 hours and I love the fact that it has a live cam to the kids club where you can see your little one when you need to. I do also like that the classes are great the instructors are such great motivators and they're so much fun.

  One of the best gym's that I have ever worked out in! If you are looking to join a gym check this one out first and ask for Cece, she is dedicated to her job and helping people find what is most comfortable for them (I probably wouldn't have joined the gym if it wasn't for her). If you are like me and suffer from anxiety this is a great gym to go to, it is very open and everyone who workouts here is super friendly. Coming from a person who was terrified of the gym I can honestly say that I enjoy and look forward to every time I get to work out here!
