  I gave 1 star because I had to. I don’t even know we’re to start so first of all my wife has literally been to this store 8 times. This past time the “District Manager” told my wife he can not help her because she has already been helped by a regular store employee. Although the store employee Brian seems not to be able to fix the problem just kind of makes it look like he’s getting things done in hopes of us just giving up. I don’t think one good thing has happened in the few months we have had sprint. The lied about the price of our bill told us it would take months to get discounts that we were promised up front. Hey then when we got the outlandish bill and asked to change the due date we were basically double charged. When you call sprint the way something completely different about our situation then the gentleman in the store. When we first got service our phones worked very poorly for weeks and we were given the run around at the store then they finally had to replace my wife’s phone because it didn’t work at all. Today I literally called to get the District Managers name and was literally told by Brian that he cannot give that information out attempting to stop me from filing a complaint. This is by far the worst experience me and my family have ever had dealing with a phone company and we still can not get any answer or any help from the store or the corporate level itself.
