  Ted, the manager, was EXTREMELY rude. It is a wonder how he has remained in business...of course the prices they charge explains that. He was so concerned helping the 4 people who came in AFTER me and in such a rush to get me out of there, I had to write down my instructions of how I needed my item prepared for shipment. Again in his rush to get me out of there he didn't ask if I needed insurance so he had to void the transaction and charge me the difference. My suggestion for you Ted, additional training in customer service. I will never go back to your store and feel sorry for those who choose to use your poor service and high prices.
